What’s our edge? Why do we have more impact than others?

The Smart Influencer is the evolution of our successful ‘took us some time to actually believe it’ global story-telling programme with Microsoft; we tested our design with 500 people on four continents, and our formula has had a small yet noticeable impact in helping the folks selling Surface Tablets, Cloud Services and Office 365 to make Microsoft ‘cool again’.

The actual Model (Edge, Connection, Intervention) crystallised along the way – form follows function!

What’s so special about it?

We combine four pieces from very different corners of the (business) world that we have harvested over decades and re-purposed into the Smart Influencer programme:

(1) you will notice the laser-sharp focus on your business problems, something that you appreciate in well-facilitated strategy workshops

(2) you will practice being radically present that you might know from mindfulness and embodiment practices

(3) you will ride the rawness which stand-up actors relish on an ‘improv stage’

This experimental learning lab is the co-creation of Marcus Druen and Stewart Bewley: we are a rare creative symbiosis and our client partner Anu at Microsoft has dubbed us the Gravity and the Magic in the room. We inspire participants to go beyond their self-limiting beliefs by holding a safe space with an irresistible and infectious energy of possibility and purpose.
