What’s our edge? Why do we have more impact than others?

This two-day development experience innovatively combines four pieces from very different corners of the (business) world that we have harvested over decades and re-purposed into the Smart Influencer programme: you will notice the laser-sharp focus on your business problems, something that you appreciate in well-facilitated strategy workshops; you will practice being radically present that you might know from yoga or mindfulness meditation; you will ride the rawness which stand-up actors relish on an ‘improv stage’; and you will practice the candid and compassionate peer coaching that is prevalent in successful start-up accelerators.

This experimental learning lab is the brainchild of Marcus Druen and Stewart Bewley: we are a rare creative symbiosis and have been called the Gravity and the Magic in the room. We inspire participants to go beyond their self-limiting beliefs by holding a safe space with an irresistible and infectious energy of possibility and joy. With Tracey Grey and Marina Ibrahim we have two amazing wing-women and co-creators who challenge us and build on our ideas. We intentionally and mindfully play with our varying degrees of male and female energy.
